  Linoleum.
Linoleum flooring product is very durable, lasting more than 40 years and naturally beautiful with vivid, saturated colours in patterns of solid, marbled, flecked or graphic designs. Linoleum possesses some unique properties such as being naturally anti-bacterial and hygienic, Lino can even fight MRSA, salmonella and is used in a majority of hospitals throughout the U.K. today. It has anti-static properties too meaning that dust and dirt won't stick to it resulting in less cleaning.

  Vinyl.
Vinyl flooring is a cost effective solution with low maintenance costs.  Unlike Linoleum, Vinyl doesn't require waxing or polishing and with excellent compression resistance it can even be used in a industrial environment.  Vinyl can withstand being submerged in water with no ill effect, ideally suiting walk-in showers, kitchens, and even swimming pool walkways.  Vinyl's also offer a extensive range of slip resistant surfaces (Din 51130 / 51097) with ratings exceeding R14 + Class C.  Vinyl's can also come with wood effect finishes so you can have the classic wood floor look without the hassle.

  Wood.
Solid wood can have many finishes such as wax, oil, varnish, stained or smoked, brushed and many more.  It can also be fitted untreated for another effect.  Due to wood being a natural product it does move depending on the amount of moisture it can absorb or how dry it can become.  So all wood must be acclimatised before installation can occur and the ambient temperature must be constant during fitting, this is paramount for a excellent finish.  The other wood effect is laminate which has a finish applied at the factory there are many finishes in laminate wood with too many types to list here.  They still move like solid wood but are a more economical choice and require little maintenance compared to a solid wood floor, there are waterproof laminates which can be used in bathrooms these waterproof laminates are unaffected by water and have no movement at all.
